This morning we (Me, Janie and Jenna) did the 3 mile.
After a few days I will not put the pictures and links for the workouts. I just did it for the benefit of anyone wondering how to get in 10,000 steps a day without ever walking out of your door. :)
So:
Day 2
10,237 steps and I haven't got ready for bed yet! YAY!
Tracked every bite and stayed within calorie range.
Success!
(and by the way. It really does take 20 minutes for your brain to get the message that you have had enough!)
