Day 36 of 100 Days of Health Habit




Day 36 and I almost forgot to blog it! Isn't that great? This lifestyle is becoming so much of a normal routine that I forget it is a challenge.

You know yesterday I said that I was having trouble getting lean proteins? Well, today I completely grossed my kiddos out with my protein packed lunch. Tuna and cottage cheese! It taste better than it sounds and was filling! They were having no part of it. :)

All food tracked and in range.
